Responsibilities:
The science coaches for the Afterschool Explorations in Science (AXIS) Project provide hands-on training and technical assistance to afterschool program staff in carrying out developed project science activities for youth in grades 5-8. Coaches will spend an average of 2-4 hours per week in each program. Coaches will not lead the science activities, but will assist and support program staff.(see full job listing)
